Description

NIRVC Wash & Detail Technicians are responsible for washing, waxing, and detailing RVs to a high standard.
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean RV interiors to a high standard, using appropriate cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
  • Clean and detail RV interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and cabinetry.
  • Inspect RVs for any damage or needed repairs and report any issues to the Wash & Detail Manager.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure that it is in good working order.
  • Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels of cleaning and detailing supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in washing and detailing luxury vehicles, RV’s or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment, such as pressure washers and buffers.
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
 
Working Conditions:
  • Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
  • May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
  • May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
  • May require working in tight spaces or at heights
  • May require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperatures
  • May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals
  • May require working weekends or holidays
